We diagnose the problem and if it is a bug in our extension we remove and provide you updated product
If there is a conflict or issue in your store, we will just give you a report and we will not fix it for free. You will have to pay or you can get a refund or you can hire any other developer to use our files and fix whatever the problem is.
There is a chance that your ticket gets late up-to 14 days in case of load of work. We recommend you to be patient and wait at least one week before asking for refund.
If we have holidays locally there is chance of delay.
